Please help us Welcome Chelsey Tapia APRN as a new Friend of Main Street Chelsey is conveniently located at 1000 15th Street. She has been working at this location for five years. During that time she has provided women’s health care, hormone replacement therapy, iv infusions, weight loss and mental health services. Recently Chelsey took the opportunity to take over the practice she worked for to continue to provide excellent care to her patients. Chelsey and her staff have a passion for women’s health, hormone balance for men and women, as well as mental health support.
