Meet the Board of Directors
Elizabeth Terry, Director
Elizabeth Terry grew up a small-town girl in Stigler, Oklahoma. After graduation, she moved to Colorado where she attended college at Colorado Mesa University. She moved back to Oklahoma in 2011 and began her career in the insurance industry working for MetLife. In 2019 Elizabeth, her husband and children made Woodward their home. In 2020 Elizabeth and her business partner, Jill Huff, opened their own insurance agency on Main Street, Omni Financial Group LLC. She believes our Main Street program is one that others should model after and looks forward to contributing to the revitalization of our Downtown.
Katrina McDowell, Chairman
Katrina McDowell is the Business and Marketing Instructor at High Plains Technology Center. Her and her husband Shawn grew up in Woodward and graduated from Woodward. Katrina graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State with a bachelor's degree in business and a minor in accounting and received her MBA with Grand Canyon University. Katrina enjoys camping, traveling, spending time with family and being a Mimi!
Linda Freeman, Vice Chairman
Meet Linda Freeman! Linda is a Broker Associate who has been in real estate since 2017, and she sells into the multi-millions year after year. Linda was voted 2021 Most Cooperative Realtor by her peers in the industry! She is a knowledgeable Realtor with the experience and skills to help you achieve your real estate goals!
- HFR Certified (Home Finance Resource): She is equipped to provide guidance on navigating mortgage applications and alternative financing options for all types of buyers!
- GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute): Advanced training with extensive knowledge in the most essential topics, including market knowledge, business skills, systems and tools, and risk management substantially beyond what is covered by licensing courses!
- Linda currently serves as a Board Member for Woodward Main Street and has previously served as a member of Woodward Rotary Club.
- Business Owner: Linda also owns and operates Formations Institute of Cosmetology & Barbering, with locations in both Woodward and Enid!
Vonda Smith, Treasurer
Vonda Smith grew up in the Fargo area and still calls it home. After graduating from Fargo High School, she attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University. She worked in the legal field before going to work at High Plains Technology Center in 1996. She has two daughters, Megan Gilchrist, a first-grade teacher at Seiling Elementary and Morgan Hess an accountant/Enrolled Agent for Green Oak Accounting. She is Nana to, Lane Gilchrist. She also has a cattle operation she runs by herself that she says is “therapy, very expensive therapy”.
Vonda not only serves as Treasurer for Woodward Main Street Board but also serves as the Treasurer for Northwest Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Foundation and as Secretary for the Fargo High School Alumni Association.
She would like to see our communities, large and small, growing and energized, to keep Northwest Oklahoma vital.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandson, cooking, baking and trying new recipes.
Tiffany Jobe, Secretary
Tiffany Jobe is a proud Western Oklahoma native with deep roots in the community. After growing up in Elk City, she spent time exploring different states before returning to the place she loves most to raise her daughter, Anna. Since 2020, Tiffany has been a dedicated Woodward County resident and serves as an insurance agent at Stephenson, Baggs & Guthrie, where sh5e provides trusted guidance and support to her clients.
Coming from a small-town background, Tiffany understands the invaluable role of a thriving Main Street—not just as an economic engine but as the heart of the community. She is passionate about fostering a welcoming, vibrant environment where every individual feels seen, supported, and empowered. This commitment is what drives her involvement with the Main Street Board, where she works to strengthen local businesses and enhance the quality of life for those who call Woodward home.
Rachel Scott, Board Member
Kyle Johnson, Board Member
Kyle Johnson is a highly regarded real estate broker and a businessman of the Woodward, Oklahoma community. With over 5 years of experience in the real estate industry and 8 years in the jewelry industry, he has established a trusted reputation for providing exceptional service and a deep understanding of the local market. As a devoted family person, Kyle values the importance of community involvement and giving back. Kyle has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to business growth in Woodward and has been instrumental in promoting economic development initiatives. As a valued board member, Kyle brings a wealth of expertise, a passion for service and a dedication to the betterment of the community to our Main Street Board of Directors.
Jennifer Thompson, Board Member
Meet Jennifer Thompson, owner of Modern Appliance. Jennifer joined the Main Street board in 2017 and helped move the program toward reaccreditation. It started with the Christmas Parade, which is a Main Street Event which needed an organizer, and she stepped seamlessly into the role. She has helped the program grow and is working hard toward the mission of historic preservation and economic development for our downtown.
Jennifer, a Woodward native, and husband, Matt, moved to Woodward 12 years ago when Matt finished his military career. Modern Appliance has been a family business for 50 years and was started by Jennifer's grandfather, continued by her parents, and is now moving into the future with their third generation and expansion of their brand-new warehouse. Since buying the business, Matt and Jennifer have held to the values that have kept the business thriving all this time and have expanded their service department into the Enid area. Honesty and fairness continue to be their core values, and it is why people continue to shop at Modern Appliance.

Sky Cameron, Board Member
Sky Cameron, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CANS, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and currently the only certified aesthetic nurse practitioner specialist in the State of Oklahoma. With 17 years of experience in nursing, spanning multiple specialties and leadership roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping others feel confident and cared for.
In 2018, she opened the first medical spa in Northwest Oklahoma and later rebranded and relocated to Woodward, launching BeautyRx Oklahoma in March 2024. Raised in the Texas Panhandle with deep roots in agriculture, Sky is no stranger to rural communities and the values that shape them. While her upbringing was grounded in small-town life and the agricultural way of living, her chosen career in aesthetics—a field typically found in larger cities—allows her to offer a unique and valuable skillset to rural areas. This blend of rural understanding and advanced clinical training has allowed her to bring high-quality wellness services to communities that might not otherwise have access, helping them grow with both confidence and care.
Deeply connected to the Woodward and surrounding communities, Sky brings extensive experience in social media management, marketing, and event planning. She is a member of the International Society of Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Nurses and The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Sky is the proud mother of four children and her husband Clay is a teacher and coach at Woodward Middle School. As a new board member for the Woodward Main Street Organization, she is eager to leverage her skills and experience to help further the organization's mission and contribute to the continued growth and success of the Woodward community.
Breanne Stafford, Board Member
Monica Rodriguez, Board Member
Monica Rodriguez has three kids and is a co-owner of Ramiro’s Mexican Restaurant. She moved to Woodward in 1998, She worked along with her former husband, Ramiro, for 8 years at El Sol Mexican Restaurant, then they became a partner at Maraca’s Mexican Restaurant for two years. In 2008 they opened Ramiro’s Mexican Restaurant.
They have passed through hardships during the 17 years of being in business, such as when the oil field went down, COVID, economic recession, etc. however, they are blessed by the support of the people of Woodward that are loyal to their business. That is why they try their best to give back to the community.
She is excited to be part of the of Main Street board members and help bring business and financial growth back to Woodward.
